Project Manager, Employee Experience

What's the Short Version?

The Project Manager, Employee Experience guides world-class marketing initiatives in alignment with agreed-upon strategies as outlined by the Integrated Marketing team. They own and drive project task lists, project plan / schedule development and management, status tracking and reporting, risk identification and mitigation, resource management, project communications and documentation, project meeting facilitation, and other key project execution responsibilities. They contribute to the organization's project management best practices, standardizing processes and templates, and act as a subject matter expert and advocate.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Execute and oversee all elements of Employee Experience marketing campaigns as directed by Senior Leadership and the Integrated Marketing Teams.
• In partnership with IM, lead the discovery and scope of requests to create and drive projects, schedules, tasks, resource allocations and workflows and best practices within our project management tool, Workfront.
• Work in close relationship with the various Marketing and Human Resources teams to support corporate goals and messaging.
• Support Human Resources by ensuring a consistent message and vision is maintained throughout various launch initiatives to employees.
• Function as the internal team leader, guiding the team through the project in adherence to the scope of work, budget, best practices, schedule and deliverables.
• Interface with key internal and external business partners and other cross-functional departments to identify the correct approach to the campaign to execute the agreed upon strategy outlined in the brief.
• Manage multiple agencies and vendors to ensure a successful outcome of campaign creation and distribution.
• Maintain a healthy ability to be flexible when it makes sense but to also hold the line on scope creep, schedule, and budget when it impacts project health.
• Collaborate and be a facilitator of clear communication, negotiation and resolution of issues between teams and departments. Be both an advocate for your internal delivery team and for what the project's goals are.
• Assist in the mentorship and training of the Associate PM's and Coordinator's on the team.
• Execute and oversee elements of other marketing campaigns, as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

What's Our Offer?

Salary Range : You`ll earn between $77,970 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience.

Bonus : You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.

Paid Time Off : You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

What Should You Expect?

Hybrid : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work environment is moderately quiet. Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions.

SanMar's Eastpointe office is located near Seattle, WA and our standard working hours are 8 : 00-5 : 00 PST. Quarterly travel may be required.
