Process Engineer
Job Purpose :
The Process Engineer will be at the technical forefront of building some of the most complex PCB's in the world. This includes developing, ramping, sustaining and cost-optimizing new and existing products and methods in close cooperation with our key customers and the Sanmina Engineering team .
Nature of Duties / Responsibilities :
- Design, execute and analyze registration test vehicles to understand specific process variables and opportunities for yield and capability improvement.
- Identify and develop process limits, process instructions, operator instructions, set-up requirements, procedures, process parameters, and continuous improvement projects.
- Utilize structured problem solving techniques and develop a culture of strong engineering discipline through the use of advanced quality tools such as 8D, FMEAs, DOEs, DMAIC and SPC.
- Work effectively with the equipment and material suppliers to identify opportunities to improve yields and capability through new techniques, equipment upgrades and cutting edge technology investments
- Work to the established priorities and work schedules. Support, augment and work seamlessly with the Process Engineering team and cross functional peers within the plant and sister manufacturing sites.
- Participate in the development of intellectual property.
Education and Experience :
This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.

Salary Range (annual) : $98,000-$110,000
