About the Job

As the Associate Director, Solutions & Industry Partnerships, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of all industry partnerships that impact health systems and other large organized customers. You will be responsible for working closely with customer facing account managers, HIT & Data Strategists, and internal teams such as brand marketing, HS Solutions, Market Access, and HIT Solutions.

Main Responsibilities :

Ability to uncover current and future health system market trends and have the ability to translate this knowledge into strategy and areas of opportunity for partnership

Identify, develop and execute new and innovative partnerships with industry organizations that our largest customers look to for best practices

Analyze existing customer base and source new partnerships to gain access and increase relevancy

Measure success of partnerships and build business cases to support future funding including ROI

Create content that will resonate with C&D suite leaders and is designed for specific partnership channels

Work closely with HS Solutions, Public Affairs, HIT Solutions, Brand Marketing, and Market Access to ensure content both meets customer objectives and brand priorities

Work with procurement team to negotiate speaker contracts, create master service agreements, and statement of work.

Work with an agile mindset (addressing ambiguity, working comfortably outside of existing processes or structures, establishing networks across stakeholders to drive influence and alignment, testing and learning to drive a culture of innovation, focusing on the strategic accounts experience).

Work closely with our field-based Account Management and HIT organization to uncover unique opportunities

Work closely with internal colleagues to develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our largest customers

Establish alliance management, editorial strategy and author content publish through external partners, trade associations, and service providers.

Collaborate with the US Vaccines Franchise Leads on strategic priorities, ensuring best practices are continuously shared within and outside of the US Vaccines Commercial Team

Develop and manage speakers to partner on webinars, podcasts, white papers and other educational needs to build and amplify advocacy for vaccines.

Manage and lead relationships with all external partners such as AMGA, ACHE, and Becker’s Healthcare

Partner with the broader Health Systems Solutions team to translate market trends into relevant market / customer resources, think outside-the-box, and create disruptive solutions

Develop dashboards with analytics to effectively analyze the impact of co-solutions

Work in a self-directed and organized manner using excellent planning and organizational skills, proactively managing and prioritizing strategies, initiatives, and workload in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

About You

Basic qualifications :

Bachelor's degree required, Advanced Degree Preferred

7 years of experience in health systems, marketing, or a commercial function

Proven experience leading industry partnerships

Experience leading or working on multi – level operations plans or key projects

Experience negotiating with vendors

Experience building business cases to secure funding

Experience working to gain compliance approval with medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance

Experience working with large organized customers (health systems, medical groups, IDNs, W / Ds, GPOs, etc.)

Exceptional business acumen, strategic agility, strong analytical and conceptual thinking combined with entrepreneurial qualities and abilities

Relationship builder with strong track record of execution working with cross-functional teams comprised of : All customer facing teams, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Trade, Medical Affairs, Legal, Business Operations, Supply Chain and Customer Support, etc.

Experience navigating the RC (Review Committee) / MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) process

Preferred qualifications :

Related experience in commercial and marketing with previous operations experience of sizeable business preferably with Pharma / vaccines / Consumer products and external stakeholder management experience required

MBA or other relevant advanced degree

The salary range for this position is $147,000.00 - $196,000.00 USD Annually. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. This position is eligible for a company car through the Company’s FLEET program. Candidates must complete all fleet safety training and must maintain an acceptable driving record regarding accidents and incidents.
