Reporting directly to Country Data Foundation Product Line Leader, this role will be the Product Owner for the Omnichannel Data Hub Product & Product team. Responsible for defining the product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and the development teams. Acting as the voice of the customer and ensuring the team delivers maximum value to the organization and end-users.

Main Responsibilities :
Owns the Why, What and When of the product : responsible for the product vision and roadmap in alignment with broader organization goals.
Product vision to leapfrog Omnichannel engagement and performance for both, Customers and Consumers.
Connects business and tech worlds to create and deliver an omnichannel product for a 360 view of our commercial customer and consumer data.
Lead the ODH team, maintain product and team health.
Owns the prioritization of requirements and their continuous refinement, as well as defining user stories and acceptance criteria.
Negotiates Yes / No with the business and with the delivery team; empowered to make decisions related to product features, backlog prioritization, release planning.
Ensures good practices in architecture and that the product meets applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements.
Lead business-critical operational performance indicators and technical metrics.
About you :
Minimum of 10 years' experience
Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, digital marketing, or related field
Requires leadership in Commercial Omnichannel customer & consumer data, campaign performance, and 360 engagement in the Life Science space.
Experience leading teams : clarifying requirements, problem-solving, resolving conflicts, defining strategy, and driving process improvements.
Experience with Data Warehousing & Analytics, with the ability to connect tech and business worlds
