Sanofi is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader for the role of Learning Technology Strategy Leader. This pivotal role will work as a peer to other portfolio technology strategy leaders and will be responsible for owning the strategy and roadmap for our learning technology ecosystem. This includes learning management systems (LMS), learner experience tools, and content development/delivery solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with leading learning management systems such as Cornerstone, as well as expertise in skills cloud integrations and AI nudge solutions to promote self-directed learning across the workforce. Rich experience with diverse modalities of learning delivery toolsets is essential.

$180,000.00 - $300,000.00

Main Responsibilities:
- Learning Technology Strategy: Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for Sanofi's learning technology ecosystem. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and support for both global and localized learning needs.
- LMS Management: Oversee the implementation, optimization, and management of learning management systems (LMS). Ensure the LMS effectively supports learning and development initiatives and enhances the learner experience.
- Learner Experience: Design and enhance the learner experience, focusing on user engagement and satisfaction. Implement tools and solutions that facilitate effective and efficient learning.
- Content Development and Delivery: Manage technologies related to content development and delivery. Ensure these tools support diverse learning needs and provide high-quality, accessible learning content.
- Skills Cloud Integration: Drive the integration of skills cloud solutions with the learning technology ecosystem. Ensure seamless connections that enhance skills tracking, development, and reporting.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in learning and development. Apply innovative solutions to continuously improve learning technologies and processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other technology portfolio strategy leaders, the Learning and Talent COEs, and the Digital Learning product management team to ensure integrated and effective learning technology solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal stakeholders to understand learning needs and requirements. Ensure that learning technology solutions meet these needs and support organizational objectives.
About You
Qualifications:
- Experience: Significant experience in learning technology strategy, with proven experience in a leadership role managing learning technology portfolios.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with leading LMS platforms such as HowNow and Cornerstone. Strong understanding of skills cloud integrations and their application in learning technologies.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive technology strategies that align with global learning and development goals.
- Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve integrated technology solutions.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts and strategies to senior leadership and diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree or relevant certifications in learning technology or instructional design preferred.

- Preferred location is the US. Candidates in other locations such as France, Hungary, India, and Spain will also be considered.
