You will develop an intimate understanding of core patient needs to guide all aspects of patient engagement, from disease awareness to screening education to at risk patient populations and treatment with Tzield.

Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring a strong strategy for the unbranded screening education campaign, evolving core unbranded messaging & creative, and infusing the patient voice through influencers & patient ambassadors with end-to-end responsibility including strategy, development, RC approval process and roll-out
- Serve as the unbranded partner to the GTMC Omnichannel lead, working together to ensure strategic alignment and to design and implement a best-in-class digital ecosystem and execution of omnichannel campaigns across key channels including search, social, display, video, and CRM
- Work closely with Consumer Insights team to develop and execute insight gathering and testing
- Establish disciplined executional plans, establish and track KPIs on a frequent basis and enhance and optimize consumer engagement programs based on insights and performance data
- Oversee the timely submission of all jobs into Veeva through the management of agencies. Navigate RC processes and build rapport with team members to remain compliant while ensuring brand tactics remain relevant and valuable
- Contribute to strategy development and brand planning, ensuring alignment with HCP, Payer, PSS and broader portfolio priorities
- Stay informed of evolving marketplace conditions and competitive landscape
- Ensure all marketing efforts comply with established corporate and industry compliance guidelines
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industries with 3 years of Consumer Marketing experience
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Demonstration of complex project management success and cross-functional team alignment
- Ability to influence, mobilize and manage a complex set of internal stakeholders and processes.
- Team orientation and willingness to go the “extra mile” and work with agility
- Experience with MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review process
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience managing advertising agencies and related budgets
- Proficiency in multichannel integrated marketing and campaign execution
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
- Currently legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Launch experience
- Experience in diabetes and/or in the Specialty / Rare disease space
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree
