The Associate Director of Hemophilia Chapter Operations will report to the Lead, Field Patient Support Services, and will be a field based role, within the Rare Blood Disorders (RBD) division. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring operational excellence, driving advocacy group engagement, and supporting Sanofi's leadership in the hemophilia community. You will serve as a central liaison between patient advocacy groups and internal teams such as CoRe, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Finance, Digital, and Legal to ensure streamlined processes, robust relationship building, and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities :
- Contract Management :
Oversee the Hemophilia Chapter Service Agreement contract process, including development, execution, and compliance.
Coordinate the chapter advertisement process in partnership with the CoRe team.
Manage and report on program budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Represent Patient Support Services in the planning and execution of national patient conferences.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with Hemophilia Chapters and internal stakeholders.
