From the vantage point of North America (NA) Vaccines Business Unit, bring together the functions, capabilities, and offerings from GTMC, Digital and external partners to enable technology and automations clearly linking them to tangible Business Unit benefits and superior customer experience.
Collaborate and co-create solutions that provide immediate and tangible benefits to various functions of NA Vaccines – primarily for commercial functions and secondarily for enabling functions like supply chain, operations, and market access.
Implement data-driven improvements to commercial business processes, with measurable targets for reducing process time by 15-20% and increasing accuracy of outputs.
Transversally understand the impact of information and process flows to strike a balance between economies-of-scale-seeking One-Sanofi mindset and the uniqueness demanded by NA Vaccines business unit.
Manage technology implementation projects from concept to deployment, targeting a 30% reduction in time-to-insight for commercial analytics and reporting.
The success of this position will be measured on both the “WHAT” – on tangible outcomes and advocated qualification of contributions to increased business performance, and the “HOW” – through Sanofi’s “Play-To-Win” behaviors: Take Action, One-Sanofi mindset, Stretch, and Act on our Patients and Customers.
The position will report into the Sr. Director of Technology Modernization and will be part of the Business and Technology Modernization organization within Vaccines North America Business Unit.

Main Responsibilities
Business Relationship Management:
- Partner with US commercial teams to identify new digital solutions, capabilities, and process improvements for commercial effectiveness and positive customer experience.
- Refine and apply demand management framework to prioritize initiatives based on business value and strategic alignment.
- Develop and maintain monthly technology roadmaps with quarterly milestones for the US commercial organization, aligned with business priorities and available resources.
- Lead and manage business continuity solutions with external partners and digital organizations.
- Simultaneously manage 2-3 cross-functional technology implementation projects, each with defined scope, timelines, and success criteria, while ensuring alignment between Vaccines US priorities and broader organizational strategy.
- Develop dashboards and presentations to stake holders and senior leaders on the US team’s modernization projects.
- Foster partnerships with internal stake holders (Digital, Go to Market Capability, Center of Excellences) by communicating the Commercial team’s business priorities.
- Support Change Management across the commercial organization, ensuring successful adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.
- Establish and track metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of modernization initiatives on business performance related to customer experience, speed to insights, commercial effectiveness and one-Sanofi strategy.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
- 5 years of work experience at a Pharma, diagnostics, or a digital health company in a commercial or business operations function. Equivalent consulting experience supporting such clients in commercial functions, with demonstrated delivery of at least 2-3 successful commercial technology implementations.
- Proven Experience running business process re-engineering projects coupled with digital automation.
- Prior Experience working in a strategic planning team, PMO or strategy group.
- Prior experience being a developer or a UX designer as part of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their commercial applications related to Vaccines US business eco-system.
- Proficient in creating executive-level presentations, technical documentation, and project status reports that effectively communicate complex information and support timely decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing project requirements and organizational priorities, persist through implementation challenges to achieve defined outcomes, and model problem-solving behaviors when facing project obstacles.
- Proven track record of building cross-functional relationships that resulted in successful project outcomes, with specific experience in facilitating agreement among stakeholders with competing priorities.
