Your educational efforts will provide community stakeholders across local screening ecosystems a better understanding of the disease, screening, and approaches to effectively identify and screen people at-risk.The Community Relations and Education Manager is a field-based member of the Patient Services team, reporting to Head of Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) CORE, the Director of Community Relations & Regional Screening. T1D COREs are members of the Specialty Patient Services team and serve the Tzield business under General Medicines. The CORE team supports the patient-centric business model by providing disease and screening education to patients, families, communities, and health systems impacted by T1D, for which Sanofi provides a treatment option. The COREs establish strong working relationships with patients, community groups, and healthcare professionals in support of local access to and development of screening ecosystems within communities. In addition to sales incentive (role may be eligible for long term incentive depending on level and performance); all compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
