The fundamental role of Operational Excellence & Digital is to :
- Design, deploy and continuously improve our “best in class” operating standards across EM&S teams : Simplify, Standardize and Digitize.
- Stimulate performance improvement across the network by setting the vision of “Smart CMO” and the design / deployment of specific roadmaps leveraging disruptive technologies, digital & innovative training practices.
- Frame the Strategic Performance Ambition while being a consistent “service provider” when deviating from targeted trajectory.
- Reinforce and expand Culture of Excellence through specific programs, trainings and best practices sharing.

Main Responsibilities :
As External Manufacturing Data Strategy Senior Leader, you will drive and accelerate our data and digital deployment across External Manufacturing & Supply organization, as a key pillar of the modernization of our organization towards faster and more efficient decision-making and process standardization to deliver best-in-class performance.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related field.
Proven experience (10 years or more) working as a data scientist, preferably in a similar international business industry (pharmaceutical would be a plus).
Previous experience working with Snowflake is required.
Advanced knowledge and experience on AI technology and machine learning implementation projects.
Effective communication and stakeholder management.
Project management and cross-functional collaboration.
