Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive publication plans aligned with medical and business objectives
- Manage the development of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations for scientific congresses
- Collaborate with medical writers, researchers, and key opinion leaders to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance
- Oversee vendor relationships with medical education agencies and publication partners
- Ensure all publications adhere to industry standards, ethical guidelines, and company policies
- Track publication metrics and provide regular updates to leadership
- Support internal teams with publication-related training and resources
About You
- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field (PhD or PharmD preferred)
- 3 years of experience in medical publications, medical affairs, or scientific communications
- Strong understanding of publication ethics, ICMJE guidelines, and Good Publication Practices
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with publication planning tools and processes
- Knowledge of therapeutic area(s) relevant to company portfolio
- Experience with digital publication formats and platforms
- Understanding of global regulatory requirements for scientific communications
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
