Job Summary:
Join Sanofi's contingent workforce program, FLEXT Direct, as a Manufacturing Associate for a 12-month contract. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will operate general manufacturing equipment following quality standards and safety guidelines. Your responsibilities will include tasks such as fermentation, protein purification, aseptic fills, filtration, and troubleshooting processing problems. You will work on large-scale bioreactor operations and participate in plant trials to optimize manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Operate general manufacturing equipment under supervision
- Complete tasks such as fermentation, protein purification, and aseptic fills
- Troubleshoot processing problems
- Assist in implementing production procedures for optimization
- Participate in plant trials for process evaluation
- Prepare monthly operating reports for analysis
- Provide training to new personnel on technical processes
Skills:
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Gowning experience
- Familiarity with batch records and SOPs
- Exposure to ISO Alcohol
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and stand for long periods
- Experience with GMP documentation is preferred
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
