Main Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve Sanofi's enterprise data model, ensuring scalability, interoperability, and alignment with business needs.
- Partner with domain-specific teams to meet cross-functional and analytical requirements.
- Advocate for Data Mesh principles, fostering understanding and organizational buy-in across technical and business teams.
- Design and implement efficient data-sharing patterns to streamline data exchange with minimal dependencies.
- Establish and promote frameworks for data access, stewardship, and governance to enhance transparency and accountability.
- Stay ahead of advancements in data architecture, identifying opportunities to improve Sanofi's data capabilities.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in data architecture practices.
