Research Associate (contract)

Job Summary

Sanofi's contingent workforce program, FLEXT Direct, is seeking a Research associate for an 8 month contract.

Join the Analytical Development team in Framingham, MA, as a Research Associate/Senior Research Associate within the Mammalian Bioanalytics team. You will be involved in developing and testing bioanalytical methods for products produced in the mammalian platform.

Responsibilities

• Support method development and qualification of ELISA-based impurity assays and residual DNA testing.
• Learn new technologies to assist partnering department subteams.
• Plan, prioritize, and conduct experiments with appropriate guidance.
• Analyze and interpret data accurately.
• Ensure timely delivery of analytical results for GMP and non-GMP samples.
• Assist in equipment maintenance to comply with GMP standards.
• Follow SOPs to document experimental data in a GMP compliant laboratory.
• Write technical reports & SOPs with clear data presentation.
  
  
  

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline (0-3 years experience).
• Basic understanding of ELISA methodology and PCR based assays.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline (0-3 years experience).
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a QC environment or GMP laboratory.
• Hands-on experience with ELISA techniques.
• Prior experience with Residual DNA assays and aseptic technique.
• Intern or co-op experience in a laboratory setting.
