We are looking for an experienced materials planner to establish our overall strategy for Active Ingredients and Raw Materials. This role will be integral to meet our business objectives for cost reductions while supporting our production plan and customer service needs.

Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning of materials required to support production.
- Develop, implement, and manage target inventory levels and material strategies
- Collaborate with Procurement, KSOL, and Vendors on Vendor Held Inventory or Supplier arrangements/initiatives.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure OTIF targets are supported.
- Provide long and short-term forecasts to Procurement/Vendors
- Collaborate with Quality Control and Quality Assurance expiry dating and releasing of material for production
- Work with cross-functional teams to reduce waste, delay, and excess inventory opportunities.
- Manage rejected inventories and assure timely disposition of rejections and returns.
- BS degree in Business related field
- 4 years experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Transportation, Manufacturing, and a strong understanding of the E2E supply chain
- Strategic decision making ability
- Influence and Negotiation
- Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and/or Snowflake
- Strong problem-solving skills to any discussion with colleagues
- Information tools (Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of Shift is a plus
