This will be achieved by embedding a Quality mindset and culture across the organization, creating right-first time solutions which enable high business impact initiatives, and establishing competitive advantage by informing the business of prioritized, relevant risks to ensure they are effectively managed.

About The Team

Responsibilities
- Issue GMP(Good Manufacturing Practice) documents and records to support quality operations
- Manage and maintain site-level quality metrics
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate guidelines
- Maintain consistency with business source documentation
- Perform trend analysis of audits/inspection results and non-compliances to proactively address issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvements.
- Exposure to FDA regulation compliance, and understanding of same with regards to patient safety.
Basic Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or Life Sciences at an accredited college or university with the expectation that you will graduate by the spring of 2027
- Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship/co-op with Sanofi.
- Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the co-op/internship
- Must have permanent US work authorization
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present project updates to teams and leadership
- Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in time management and familiarity with project management tools
