The Digital Technology Enterprise Delivery (TED) NAM Expert plays a critical role in driving the successful execution of digital technology solutions across North America (NAM). This position supports TED teams in delivering innovative and high-impact digital initiatives that enhance business operations and create value.
As a strategic enabler, the NAM Expert fosters collaboration between Digital Tech, Digital Units, and business stakeholders, leveraging emerging technologies to drive efficiency and transformation.
For the assigned geography, this role is responsible for value creation, business continuity, and execution of the Digital Tech portfolio. The NAM Expert ensures maximum business impact and stakeholder satisfaction by facilitating the seamless delivery of Digital Tech initiatives, aligning solutions with business needs, and driving operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities
- Execute delivery strategies for Tech projects and initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals in North America (NAM).
- Partner with DTED, Digital BO, Digital GBUs/Markets teams, Workplace Experience and business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions support organizational priorities.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in Digital Technology and apply this knowledge to enhance delivery capabilities.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies to optimize business operations and improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including GBUs/GFs leaders, Digital teams, and external partners.
- Play a role of escalation contact for Digital Markets stakeholders ensuring swift issue resolution and stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborate with Product Owner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by helping to deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Drive Improvement Plans for Tech Products & Services impacting NAM .
- Foster strong relationships with Digital & Business stakeholders to understand business needs and orchestrate requirements into technology solutions.
- Help execute consistent Tech Product/Service-related communications and marketing to all Digital Markets in scope.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technology delivery in the Market.
- This role may require travel to various NAM locations and the ability to work across different time zones.
Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, proven track record of owning and delivery Technology Services in large organization.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex, projects.
- Drive, innovation, and a powerful sense of commitment, and adaptive to change.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more additional languages is advantageous.
