Community Liaison

Job Summary
The Community Liaison plays a vital role in fostering relationships between our organization and the community. This position is responsible for promoting agency services, educating the community on available resources, and facilitating communication between facilities, physcians, and the agency. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare and possess strong leadership skills to effectively represent our organization.

Duties

• Develop and implement educational programs to inform the referral sources about available agency services and locations serviced.
• Manage administrative tasks related to community outreach efforts, including maintaining records and reports.
• Oversee social media management to enhance community engagement and awareness of initiatives.
• Deliver presentations and public speaking engagements to various audiences, promoting our mission and programs.
• Organize facility events including luncheons and educational presentations to potential and existing referral sources.
• Collaborate with local organizations, stakeholders, and community members to foster partnerships that enhance service delivery.

Skills

• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
• Proficient in data collection methods and analysis for program evaluation.
• Excellent administrative skills for managing outreach efforts efficiently.
• Experience in social media management to engage the community effectively.
• Public speaking skills with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently.
• Knowledge of home health and hospice care.
