Job Title: AWS FinOps Hands on Architect
Location: Plano, TX - 5 days onsite
Position Type: Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled developer to design and implement services for AWS Parent-to-Child account chargebacks and FinOps cost optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience in building scalable backend services using NestJS, Node.js, or any other programming language, with a strong understanding of AWS Cost Optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy AWS chargeback services to track and allocate costs across child accounts.
Implement FinOps best practices for cost visibility, forecasting, and optimization.
Integrate AWS Cost Explorer, CUR (Cost & Usage Report), and Budgets APIs for real-time reporting.
Required Skills:
Experience in NestJS/Typescript, Node.js / Java) or other backend languages.
Strong knowledge of AWS Cost Management tools and FinOps principles
Familiarity with APIs for AWS Billing, Cost Explorer, and CUR
