Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Capital Markets to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of trading products, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks. You will work closely with stakeholders, front-office teams, and technology partners to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver strategic solutions in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to capital markets processes and systems.
Collaborate with traders, quants, and IT teams to understand and improve front-to-back workflows.
Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and support project lifecycle from initiation through implementation.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations (e.g., Dodd-Frank, MiFID II).
Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets or Investment Banking.
Strong understanding of financial products (equities, fixed income, derivatives).
Experience working onsite with front-office and operations teams.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
