Required Qualifications :
- 6 years of hands-on experience as a Duck Creek Configurator working with the Duck Creek Agency Portal & Policy Administration System (Client).
- Expertise in the OnDemand version of Duck Creek.
- Strong knowledge of configuring Agency & Policy modules within Duck Creek.
- Proficiency in using Duck Creek s configuration tools
- Solid understanding of insurance workflows, policy lifecycle management, and underwriting rules.
- Experience with agency implementation projects, particularly integrating Duck Creek into agency workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
