Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant (SME)
Loc: Hybrid, 2 Days a week in NYC/NJ
Term: 1 year Consulting A Salesforce Financial Services Cloud SME (Subject Matter Expert) designs, implements, and supports Salesforce solutions for financial services companies. They work with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions
- Configure the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform
- Support users and troubleshoot technical issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Stay current with Salesforce technologies and industry trends
Required skills and experience
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Consultant
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
- 15 years CRM focused IT experience of which recent 5-7 years' experience with Financial Service Cloud across (at least 5 of the following):
Personalization, Onboarding, Compliance, Data sharing, Document management, Task management, Insights and Relationship segmentation
- Experience in unlocking data from core banking and wealth platforms
- Experience in AI to personalize engagement
- Experience with declarative solutions, such as custom objects and workflows
- Understanding of investment banking operations and processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
