Sansar Tec LLC is seeking a Management Apptricity Expenses and Bill Pay Resource to oversee and optimize our expense management and bill payment processes. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance while leveraging the Apptricity platform to streamline operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of expense management systems to enhance our financial efficiency and accuracy.
This will be a Remote position
Duration : 6 months to 9 months
Responsibilities :
- The resource should be well versed with large Expense and Bill Pay implementations.
- As part of support duties, one should be able to manage and maintain Credit Card feeds from Amex.
- Should be well versed with SDLC process to manage changes in the applications.
- Assist Product Support with Compliance queries as Expenses and Bill Pay are Sox Compliant apps.
- Great communication skills as will be interacting with end users and business clients
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in expense management or financial operations.
- Proven experience with the Apptricity platform or similar expense management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate reports.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train and support team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
