What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Systems Analyst position at Sansar Tec LLC?
1.Create Functional Specification documents.
2.Work closely with architects and developers to translate business requirements into technology design and solution.
3.Ensure the epics and stories are well understood by technical delivery teams and developed solutions meet business expectations.
4.Manage and Design the data migration strategy into Veeva CRM from multiple sources and manage data integration from external sources with Salesforce application.
5.Stay up to date on new Veeva / Salesforce features / capabilities.
6.Challenge business requests by applying knowledge of the platform as well as system design best practices, when necessary and strive for implementing out of the box solutions vs. custom development.
7.Will use knowledge on sharing rules and user access privileges and Field Level Security.
8.Will be involved with preparing and publishing release notes and release plan for every release.
9.Be able to work with ambiguous requirements and drive clarity by collaborating with business groups.
10.Handle ongoing documentation throughout the development.
SALARY : $125,611 / per year including benefits
WORK SCHEDULE : 40 hours per week, M-F (9 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field of study.
5 years' experience in the job offered or Similar position with related duties.
SPECIAL SKILLS :
2 years experience required with performing risk mitigation, numerical computation and data analysis, design and development, where all such experience can be acquired concurrently.

Travel required to unanticipated client locations all over the United States. Given the nature of its business operations in the field of Information Technology Consulting and Talent Solutions, Sansar Tec requires its employees who are implementing projects to travel to client sites. These sites will be in the New Jersey Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) and other unanticipated locations within the United States for the time period determined by the project timelines.
