Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Lead with 15 years of experience to drive the D365 Finance & Operations implementation for a chemicals manufacturing company in the U.S. and Mexico.
This role focuses on leading the functional workstream, collaborating with stakeholders to define business requirements, map processes, configure the system, and ensure seamless integration across finance, accounting, procurement, and supply chain.
The candidate must have extensive experience in multiple full-cycle D365 Finance implementations, with expertise in financial reporting, cost accounting, tax localization, multi-entity consolidations, and compliance with GAAP / IFRS.
Key responsibilities include facilitating workshops, gathering and translating requirements, supporting solution design, overseeing data migration, leading UAT, training end users, and working closely with technical teams on integrations and customizations.
Strong business process knowledge, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
Experience in chemicals manufacturing, landed cost calculations, and inventory valuation is a plus.
Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
