Sansar Tec LLC is seeking a skilled Product Manager for our Insurance & Medicaid division. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of innovative insurance products that cater to the needs of Medicaid beneficiaries. Responsibilities :
- Lead the product development lifecycle for insurance and Medicaid-related products, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform product strategy.
- Collaborate with data analytics teams to track product performance and make data-driven decisions for enhancements.
- Work with regulatory bodies to ensure that all product offerings comply with Medicaid regulations and insurance policies.
- Engage with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to gather feedback and prioritize product features and improvements.
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities to senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, specifically within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of successful product launches in the Medicaid space over at least 3 years.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and Medicaid regulations, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data for strategic decision-making.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with a history of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
