Job Duties : (Not limited to)

• Manage and perform cleaning duties.
• Ability to recruit, staff, train and mentor new employees effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and ability to solve problems efficiently.
• Communicate effectively to employees and customers.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Manage, deliver and monitor supply usage.
• Perform daily or nightly inspections where necessary.
• Perform daily or nightly cleaning duties when jobs are not staffed properly.
• Manage employee timecards and organize paperwork for office.
• Manage and maintain budgets relevant to each job.
• Manage a group of employees, the ability to bolster motivation.
