Sansom Staffing has partnered with a growing manufacturing in St. Paul seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Pay $26 - $28/hour commission on sales
Monday - Friday 8 - 4:30
Duties:
- 50% inside sales 50% customer service (taking orders)
- Make outbound calls to inactive clients given a script to follow
- Answer incoming calls from customers taking orders or answering question
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently by entering orders in the ERP system (AS400)
- Put samples together for clients and trade shows
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- File orders in customer files
- Utilize multilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base
- Identify upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience and company revenue
- Communicate effectively with customers through email
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service is required
- Manufacturing experience is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate in English - Spanish helpful
- Proficient in data entry and experience with excel, outlook, adobe and ERP software (AS400)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking is required
- Someone who holds themselves accountable
