Overview
Our client is looking for a Screen Printing Team Lead for their well established company in Minnetonka.
This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and a strong understanding of various design software and printing processes. Your previous experience in team leadership will be valuable within this role.
Duties
- Operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various materials.
- Prepare screens by coating them with emulsion and exposing them to light for image transfer.
- Mix inks and select appropriate colors for each project, ensuring color accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with designers to understand project requirements and translate them into print-ready formats.
- Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process, making adjustments as needed.
- Ensure that all printed materials meet quality standards before delivery.
