About the Job:
We are searching for a dynamic Electrical Service Manager for our Haverhill, FL location. We are seeking an elite star, someone who is goal oriented, self-motivated, and has demonstrated leadership and people development skills. The Electrical Service Manager will start the position by managing employees and be responsible for coordinating Residential electrical services and repairs depending on what the customer needs.
About the Requirements/Skills:
- 5 Years within the Electrical Residential Industry Do not apply without Electrical experience. Do not apply if you only have commercial experience.
- 5 Year's experience in a service management role within the industry
- Generator experience and certification preferred
- Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical School diploma or certificate of completion
- Electrical certification and License preferred
- Ability & willingness to work a flexible schedule as necessary to meet customer requirements
- Understanding of operational concepts including planning, scheduling, and logistics
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communications skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
About the Responsibilities:
- Directly manages Electrical Service Technicians and Dispatch staff members. This includes but is not limited to include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Stay abreast of industry technological developments and convey this knowledge to team members.
- Coordinate team member activities to ensure individual and team goals are consistently achieved; ensure team members are working up to the highest standards in all aspects of their positions; conduct regular meetings with team members to review company policy and procedures, performance, quality and safety statistics.
- Interface effectively with other departments
- Ensure employees provide superior customer service; conducts ride-a-longs with Technicians
- Provide customer service support, as necessary; respond to customer inquiries and problems in a timely manner; resolve excessive consumption problems
- Promote and support the Company brand.
