Sansone Group is a full service commercial and residential firm, is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor in Joplin, MO. Prior experience in residential maintenance required and management experience a plus. An ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to interact with tenants and vendors, good problem-solving skills, basic computer knowledge, and ability to work on call hours.

Qualifications
- Strong supervisory experience in residential maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance management, including overseeing maintenance scheduled and coordinating repairs.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems.
- Proven ability in project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Strong computer skills to effectively utilize maintenance management software and other relevant tools.
