Activities Director

Camden Health and Rehabilitation is hiring a full-time Activities Director. This position is responsible for planning and implementing the activities program for our 135-bed skilled nursing facility. Together with the activities coordinator staff, the Adctivities Director will ensure relevant and exciting activities are provided throughout the day and meet the social, intelectual, and spiritual needs of the residents. The Activities Coordinator is also responsible for fulfilling the regulatory requirements for a skilled nursing facility which includes care plans, completion of assesments and implementation of of one-on-one activities as needed.

Requirements for the position include:

• Certification as an activity professional (or willingness to immidiatly enroll and complete the certification)
• Experience in a health care setting
• CNA preferred but not required
