The Environmental Services Director's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead the floor technicians, housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure cleanliness of all areas of the facility
• Assist the team in performing routine cleaning of patients’ rooms, nursing units, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobby, lounge, restrooms and corridors
• Demonstrate ability to utilize appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure for laundry, housekeeping and floor care
• Meet all new residents, completes an inventory log and helps residents to label their items.
• Move residents’ personal items for discharges/room changes
• Manage staffing schedules, daily hours and paid time off requests
• Maintain spend down logs according to budget
