Major Responsibilities / Abilities :
Acknowledges and responds to customers promptly.Delivers food and beverages to guest’s table.May be required to provide buffet style service.Monitors food quality, reporting variances to the banquet captain.Returns to each assigned table regularly to determine the customer’s additional needs.Ensures that banquet facilities are orderly and clean.Provides fast, friendly service to customers.Minimum Requirements :
Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal members.Ability to carry and balance service tray on shoulder.New Mexico liquor server’s license and a Food Handlers Card.Legible handwriting is a must.Prior food service experience preferred.Basic knowledge of banquet items and proper placement procedures.Professional appearance.Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.Bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred.A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required. If a smartphone is not provided by the company, a candidate or employee may be provided a smartphone of the company’s choice, through a payroll deduction program.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key license.Must possess excellent interpersonal skills. A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required. If a smartphone is not provided by the company, a candidate or employee may be provided a smartphone of the company’s choice, through a payroll deduction program.All employees are required to proficiently use a smartphone for company applications, email, and textEssential Mental Functions :
