What are the responsibilities and job description for the Unit Secretary position at Santa Ana TRC?
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Pay Rate: $23.00
- Answer phones and assist with daily functions of unit
- Assemble charts for new admissions
- Verify PF
- Enter patient name and file number on all forms
- File loose forms into charts promptly
- Flag charts according to Policy and Procedure
- Assist in developing
Must Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn
Nice to Have:
- Behavioral care / memory care experience
