What are the responsibilities and job description for the (HIRING FAIR MARCH 1, 2025) Autism Paraprofessional position at Santa Ana Unified School District?
Under general supervision, to provide student support in either group settings, on an individual basis and/or in a structured classroom environment to facilitate integration into a classroom and independence in the setting; assist students with behavior, instruction, and other related areas as
required. May assist students with basic personal care activities such as dressing, toileting, diapering, or bathroom including catheterization, feeding and grooming. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent (certificate or official transcripts)
• A minimum of 48 college/university semester units or pass the District proficiency test. (attach official or unofficial transcripts)
• Experience in childcare, psychology, education and training of autistic students.
• Experience working with autistic students in a structured environment preferred.

• Valid California driver's license or State /Federal Identification.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.
Salary : $3,440 - $4,574
