Welcome to the role of Custodian! We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team and help keep our facilities clean and orderly. As a custodian, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, and other cleaning duties. You will also be responsible for replenishing supplies, disposing of waste, and performing minor maintenance and repairs. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently and efficiently. Job Responsibilities
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Maintain janitorial equipment and supplies.
- Report maintenance problems to appropriate staff.
- Move furniture and other items as needed.
- Collect and dispose of trash in designated areas.
- Follow safety procedures when using cleaning products and equipment.
- Clean spills and stains in accordance with established procedures.
- Perform periodic deep cleaning projects.
- Ensure Customer Lounge areas and Employee Breakrooms are well stocked and cleaned
throughout the day, conducting building walk-throughs of all locations regularly.

The Custodian position wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18.00 and $22.00
