THE SCHEDULE:
Join our team as a Chairside Dental Asst - Dentistry Assistant, where you'll enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, with overtime opportunities during emergencies.
YOUR ROLE:
You immerse yourself in the art of 4-handed chairside assisting, skillfully anticipating the needs of the endodontist while ensuring each patient experiences a sense of comfort and trust. Your expertise in sterilization and infection control sets the standard for safety as you meticulously prepare and maintain a clean operatory ready for each procedure. You set up the operatory with precision, ensuring all tools and materials are at your fingertips, allowing for seamless transitions between treatments. Throughout the day, you manage an organized inventory, keeping supplies stocked and ready for action. Your role as a patient manager shines as you guide individuals through their appointments, offering clear instructions and compassionate care, helping to ease any anxiety they may feel. With each digital chart entry, you contribute to a streamlined process that enhances patient outcomes and fosters a collaborative atmosphere.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Radiology license
- Infection Control license
- 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience is a plus!
