Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Community Liaison located in Santa Barbara, CA. The Community Liaison will be responsible for engaging with the community, facilitating communication, providing exceptional customer service, conducting community outreach, and coordinating home care services.
Qualifications

- Experience in Community Outreach and Home Care
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Knowledge of hospice and palliative care services is a plus
