THE SANTA CLARA COUNTY TEACHER RECRUITMENT FAIR
is designed for fully credentialed candidates, therefore, you must have one of the following to attend: a clear, professional clear, or preliminary teaching credential; a preliminary or clear Career Technical Education Teaching Credential; a Child Development Teacher Permit; proof of eligibility via appeasement letter that you will be fully credentialed by Fall 2025; or have a full credential from outside of California. Please note that we have appeasement lists from San Jose State University and Santa Clara University to confirm the completion date and an appeasement letter is not required.
To attend the teacher fair as a pre-registered candidate, you must submit an online application before the deadline and submit a copy of your teaching credential, permit, or appeasement letter. You can access a copy of your credential by visiting the Commission on Teacher Credentialing website at www.ctc.ca.gov. In order to be pre-registered for this event, you need to apply and submit credential verification before the deadline which is Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at 1 p.m.
