Under the direction of a Nutrition Services Manager, Cook Substitute will produce and serve a variety of foods in quantity at an assigned school site; maintain facilities in a clean and sanitary condition.
Maintain efficient and smooth flow of service and work closely with co-workers to assure that students and staff are provided with a meal in compliance with USDA Guidelines.
Establish positive relations with diverse internal and external customers, including students, staff, school administration, parents, and community members.
