ABOUT YOU :
As the Commercial Specialist, you will support the cross-functional initiative between Global Sales and Marketing. You will work with our Retailer Network to ensure they have any assets they need to align with the Sales calendar and support getting more of our bikes to the riders. You will also research and analyze the impact and efficacy of marketing collateral and internal programs for retailers. Working with our Global and North American Sales and Marketing leaders will be key to driving collaboration and implementing processes to ensure seamless execution of support for all global channels.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY JOB LOOK LIKE?
- Work with Sales leaders to define, maintain and communicate the annual Global Commercial calendar.
- Collaborate with the Global sales leaders to define scope, briefs, needs and assets for New Product Introduction (NPI) launches and commercial events.
- Create content and ensure all collateral and assets are distributed.
- Lead the creation of Retailer Communications with the CCO and CRM team.
- Work with the Key Account Manager to define needs for inline and NPI bike promotion.
- Ensure distribution and execution of retailer support assets including education, sales collateral, NPI assets, etc.
- Support and maintain Locally Smart Retailing software and deliver any necessary or helpful assets to key retailers.
- Lead the support and promotion (with Global Marketing) of the Demo Centers, ensuring delivery of NPI assets and any Demo needs.
- Plan and execute high-quality retailer and sales events.
- Maintain inventory of sales materials and their distribution.
- Attend the weekly sales / marketing meeting to be the bridge between the two departments.

LANGUAGE SKILLS : Ability to read and comprehend and explain documents in English. Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in English.

SALARY RANGE : This compensation package will be dependent on experience, qualifications, industry experience and the interview with a potential range of up to $70,000 - $77,000.
