Santa Fe Olive Oil Warehouse Associate:

JOB DUTIES:

Receiving & Processing

• Receive product from suppliers including raw ingredients, bottles, & supplies.
• Ensure products received are counted, are not damaged, and entered in our inventory system.
• Stores all received products into their designated areas using fork lift, hand jack, hand truck, or by dolly, .
• Notifies purchasers of low inventory levels.
• Assist with deliveries and pickups.

Bottling & Packing

• Assists with the bottling of Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar. Sizes include 750ml 375ml 60ml.
• Assists with the manufacturing & bottling of Mustards. Sizes include 1 gallon, 9oz, 3oz.
• Assist with the manufacture of all other products including but not limited to salt & seasoning blends, pancake mixes, mexican vanilla, etc.
• Assists with Capping, Sealing, & labeling of products, ensuring they are stamped with the proper lot codes and dates.
• Assists with packing finished products into cases with dates, & storing finished products in their designated locations in the warehouse.
• Adds finished products to the inventory system.
• Keeps active bottling records.
• Monitor and re-stock inventory levels of manufactured products.
• Monitoring bottling material inventories and bulk product levels.

Shipping & Delivery

• Pack Online Shipping orders 24 hour -72 hour (MAX) shipping lead time.
• Print Shipping Labels.
• Prepare orders for UPS &USPS Pick up around 3pm Daily (11am USPS).
• Pull transfer orders for Santa Fe Store Mondays & Thursdays.
• Deliver transfer orders to Santa Fe Store location Tuesday & Fridays.
• Pack wholesale orders for either shipping or for local delivery.
• Ships wholesale orders and delivers local orders to wholesale accounts.

Manufacturing

• Infuses flavored oils.
• Infuses flavored balsamic.
• Mixes sea salts & spice blends.
• Follows recipes supplied by management

Cleaning

• Cleans manufacturing kitchen.
• Cleans, sweeps, & mops office area & bathroom including toilets and fixtures.
• Cleans, sweeps, & mops the warehouse as needed.
• Empties the trash receptacles & takes bins out to street every monday.
• Take recycling to the recycling center, & trash to the transfer station when necessary.
• Clean fustis, buckets, and all utensils when needed.
• Cleans company vehicles as needed.
• Services fork lift as needed.
• Performs all other duties as specified by management including but not limited to painting, sanding, sealing, moving furniture, set up & breakdown of equipment at the Santa Fe Store or warehouse, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Has strong communication, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
• Can complete and master tasks quickly and error-free.
• Can assess business needs when monitoring and managing inventory levels.
• Enjoys being part of a small, tight-knit, environment.
• Preferably has at least 3 years of previous job experience.
• Has availability and flexibility to work weekdays, or weekends to meet the needs of the business.
• Can safely lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, stand for long periods of time, and maneuver throughout the warehouse.
• Has a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Has a forklift certification or experience.
