Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
2. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated and supported in their academic and personal growth.
3. Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that enhance student learning and engagement.
4. Utilize student data and assessment results to inform instructional practices and differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
5. Integrate technology and multimedia resources effectively into lessons to enhance learning experiences and promote digital literacy skills.
6. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress and skill development.
7. Communicate regularly with parents / guardians to provide updates on student progress, address concerns, and foster a collaborative partnership in student success.
8. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in English education and pedagogy.

Qualifications : 1. Bachelor's degree
2. Previous experience teaching high school English preferred, but not required
3. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive school culture.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
5. Creative and innovative approach to curriculum design and instructional delivery.
6. Proficiency in using data to inform instruction and track student progress.
