Key Responsibilities Receiving and Inspection : Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality. Verify shipment contents against packing lists or purchase orders. Inventory Management : Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas. Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies. Order Fulfillment : Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements. Label and document shipments accurately. Material Handling : Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload materials. Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage. Safety and Cleanliness : Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with company standards. Collaboration and Communication : Coordinate with other team members and departments to meet deadlines. Communicate effectively to resolve any issues related to shipments or inventory. Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Proven experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred. Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems are a plus.
