Job Summary
BASIC FUNCTION
Under the direction of the Director of Teaching and Learning Core, the Program Specialist of Library and Curriculum assists in the planning, organization, and coordination of office operations and activities in support of the functions of the district Instructional Media Center (IMC), School Site libraries, and district-wide curriculum adoptions. The Program Specialist of Library and Curriculum assists in the directing of personnel to ensure the smooth and efficient running of IMC, libraries, and curriculum; trains and evaluates the performance of assigned personnel.
Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
Valid California Administrative Services Credential or equivalent experience / education relevant to the essential duties noted above.
Librarian Services Credential (CL-562) preferred, but not required.
LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS :
Valid California driver's license
