Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Receive finished goods using multiple warehouse management systems
o (HarvestTrac, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Blueyonder/MobileLink)
- Ensure inventory accuracy by checking for sku and count discrepancies
- Ensure food safety compliance by checking and reporting any concerns
o Example: mud/dirt contamination on cartons/trays, pallets/trash on top of finished goods
- Ensure packaging quality requirements by checking and reporting any packaging issues
o Example: broken pallets, damaged cartons, missing plastic straps
- Print PTI labels required for finished goods using in in-house website
- Communicate with the team, lead, and supervisor about any delays, incoming issues from the field, or any critical information for the department
- Ensure safety compliance by wearing a safety vest, ear plugs, and safety hat
Communicate with the lead and/or supervisor about any issues or doubts about ensuring all of the above
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Well-organized
- Ability to multitask
- Attentive to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to think quickly and resolve issues
- Knowledgeable in warehouse management systems,
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations
- Basic computer skills
- Strong mathematical skills
- Previous warehouse/receiving experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
