Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
- Need to Cool” Knowledge for daily product flow
- Ability to follow the Direction of the Lead
- Ability to make appropriate decisions in prioritizing and guiding MACS operation
- Knowledge of Departments within Cooling : MACS Op. / Ice Injector / Yard Personal
- Properly operate Cooling logs : MACS & Ice Injector
- Efficiently operate Double Forklift and squeeze attachment
- Capable of working in cold Room Temps 30 degrees and lower temps
- Capable of all Pre-ops and Calibrations, Cold Room Pulp.
- Sufficient use of Scan Gun, Tablet, etc.
- Recognizing & reporting faulty equipment, work area concerns, etc. to Supervisor
- Knowledge of equipment operating and capable of addressing issues that may arise
- Capable of diagnosing / reporting issues on MACS to the Supervisor
- Have sufficient knowledge of MACS machine motors, sensors, etc.
