Description of the role:
The Integrated Care Clinic (I-Care) Manager at Santa Maria Hostel is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the integrated care clinic. This role involves coordinating with healthcare providers, ensuring high-quality patient care, and implementing strategies to improve clinic performance. Ability to converse with patients in Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care to patients.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance clinic efficiency.
- Manage clinic staff and provide leadership and guidance.
- Track and analyze clinic performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Master’s in social work or directly in related field.
- Previous experience managing a healthcare facility.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- LMSW, LPC, LCSW or equivalent clinical license from the Texas Department of State Health Services.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role working in a clinic/healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
