The Senior Director of Santa Maria Austin will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of Santa Maria Hostel's Austin location. This individual will play a key role in managing programs, ensuring quality services for clients, and leading a team towards successful outcomes. The Senior Director will report directly to the Executive Director and work closely with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Austin location
- Develop and implement strategic plans for program growth and sustainability
- Supervise and support a team of staff members
- Collaborate with other Santa Maria Hostel locations to ensure consistency in service delivery
- Monitor program outcomes and adjust strategies as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the non-profit sector
- Strong knowledge of substance abuse treatment programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successful program management
- Bachelor's in a related field; Master's degree preferred
